❖ Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your artwork. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit or has a major defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the outer packaging

After review, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit, at our discretion.
