❖ No Returns or Refunds

As this product is hand painted and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once the order has been placed and confirmed.

❖ Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Once the painting process has begun, cancellations will not be possible.

❖ Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your artwork. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit or has a major defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the damaged artwork

• Photos of the outer packaging

After review, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit, at our discretion.
